City Surplus Property Now Available Online and at Weekend Auction
If you are looking for a good deal on a used vehicle or office chairs, you will want to visit the Williamson County Auction facility on October 6, 2018. Once a year, the City of Brentwood identifies items that have been determined to exceed their useful purpose and cannot be cost-effectively maintained or refurbished. The items are sold in person at the auction. The vehicles and larger equipment items are sold online at GovDeals. The items should be posted soon in the month of October or shortly after.
Items of significance on this year’s list include:
- Two Chevrolet C-1500 Trucks
- 2000 Ford Excursion
- 2006 Chevrolet Pickup with dump bed
- Pressure Washer
- Canon EOS Rebel T3 Digital Camera
- Gun Safe
- Apple iPad Tablets
- Dell Desktop Computers
Per state law, this property and equipment must be disposed of by sealed bid or at an advertised public auction. Any remaining items not sold online will be sold at the public auction coordinated by Williamson County on October 6, 2018 at 306 Beasley Drive in Franklin. The sale begins at 9am.
