Assistant City Manager, Jay Evans, oversees the Community Relations, Human Resources, Library, and Technology Departments.  Evans is also responsible for development of the City’s six-year Capital Improvements Program (CIP), annual benchmarking initiative, coordination of the risk management program, and other special projects.  Evans is originally from Florida and lives in Williamson County with his wife and children.
