The Community Relations Department plans, organizes and implements various events and programs throughout the year to inform the community about what's happening in Brentwood in terms of new projects, services, and policies, as well as ways for you to become involved in your local city government. This department is responsible for planning the City's signature event every summer, the July 4th Celebration along with the Summer Concert Series. We also manage the city's two historical properties, the Ravenswood Mansion and the Cool Springs House, which are available for rental. One of the biggest responsibilities is coordinating with media and the community to provide public information via social media, news and calendar events, video, a city newsletter, and through Channel 19.
