  • ALL of our parks require a deposit, regardless if you are a resident or non-resident
  • Be sure to factor in your set up and break down times in your reservation
  • Requests must be made through our online reservation system called Spaces. You will need to use your login or create a free account in order to make a reservation.
  • A Brentwood resident may NOT pay the deposit with a personal check for a school, church, business or organization
  • Do not assume you have a confirmed reservation simply because you went online and made it. You will receive a confirmation email once approved AND paid.
  • When you attempt to make a request online and it does not let you submit the request, that means that the day and/or time is NOT available to reserve. Try another day, time or even park.
  • The Deerwood Arboretum may not be reserved for private events or picnic lunches.  It is for educational purposes only.
  • We do not reserve The Eddy Arnold Amphitheater.  It is strictly for approved events through the Park Board or the Community Relations Department.
