In order to keep our parks safe and pleasant for all users, the following park rules apply to all parks:

Motorists must be aware that the left lane, inside the yellow line, is reserved for runners, walkers and bicyclists; they should park on the right-hand side of the road. All local and state traffic laws are enforced in Brentwood Parks.

Alcohol The consumption of alcohol and the possession of alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Smoking Smoking is prohibited.

Dogs All dogs must be on a leash and under the control of their owners or caretakers.  Tower Park has a small and large dog park where dogs are allowed to roam and run free.

Animals are not allowed including horses and other barnyard animals.

Vending The vending of food, beverages or any products within the Park is prohibited unless authorized by the Park Board.   Anyone seeking to hire a Food Truck for an event should apply here.

Fireworks The use of personal fireworks and sparklers is prohibited.

Curfew Parks close at dusk and any unauthorized persons in the park after closing time will be considered to be trespassing.

Noise  Brentwood's Noise Ordinance is enforced in all parks.

Other Activities No Littering. No Golfing. No Archery. No Powered Aircraft.  No motorized vehicles on paths, trails, or grass.
