The Community Relations Department plans, organizes and implements various events and programs throughout the year. This department helps to inform citizens about what's happening in Brentwood in terms of new projects, services, and policies, as well as ways for you to become involved in your local city government.
This department is responsible for planning the City's signature community event every summer, the Red, White, and Boom July 4th Celebration along with the Summer Concert Series. We also manage the city's two historical properties, the Ravenswood Mansion and the Cool Springs House, which are available for rental. This department also oversees the city's website, social media, videos, B-TV channel 19, issues press releases, produces two city newsletters, and other special assignments.
