Summer Concert Series Sponsor Agreement
Be a Summer Concert Series Sponsor
For the past 36 years, the City of Brentwood has hosted a series of free concerts at Crockett Park. The concerts are the most popular, family friendly events that Brentwood offers for residents of Williamson County and Southern Davidson County. Nearly 20,000 people attend the concerts each summer.
The generosity of our community sponsors allows the City of Brentwood to keep this more than three-decade long tradition free for everyone. At every sponsorship level, your business name will be featured on all of Brentwood’s concert series social media promotions, which had an estimated reach of nearly 40,000 people in past years, and your business name will be included in the City of Brentwood's newsletter mailed to 23,000 households and businesses in the 37027 zip code.
We have all 2025 sponsors in place, and have closed the sponsorship submissions for 2025. Closing submissions early in the year helps the city plan accordingly with band selection based on available funds, and ensure that sponsor logos are printed on our concert marketing products.
You are now able to submit sponsorship agreements for the 2026 season. We appreciate your consideration and hope you will join us!
