Brentvale Pavilion in Crockett Park Now Available for Rentals
Published on September 16, 2026
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Anyone looking to host a small, private event now has another venue option to consider in Brentwood. During its Sept. 14 meeting, the Brentwood City Commission approved new guidelines for letting the public rent the Brentvale Pavilion in Crockett Park.
The semi-enclosed pavilion, located behind the Cool Springs House, pays homage to the former Brentvale cabin, a nearly 200-year-old cabin that was dismantled in 2022 because it was no longer structurally sound. In the summer of 2025, the Brentwood Historic Commission unveiled the new Brentvale Pavilion, built with the cabin’s chimneys and its original wood timbers. The pavilion also features a large, terraced concrete patio and provides an ideal setting for gatherings of up to 100 people.
The pavilion may be rented as an add-on to an event rental at the historic Cool Springs House or as a separate rental. Potential uses include wedding and elopement ceremonies, receptions, graduation and birthday celebrations, theatrical and arts events, meetings, photos and picnics.
The Brentvale Pavilion is available for $100 per hour, with a two-hour minimum and 14-hour maximum, between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.
When rented as an add-on to a Cool Springs House event, clients may use the tables and chairs included with their Cool Springs House rental, as well as the house’s restrooms. For standalone rentals, clients are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and trash receptacles. Park restrooms are available during regular park hours.
All renters are responsible for setup, breakdown, and cleanup and must leave the pavilion in its original condition.
Because the Brentvale Pavilion is located within Crockett Park, parking is first-come, first-served and shared with other park guests.
