April 1st, we will start taking reservations for the Granny White Pavilion for Brentwood residents only. Because of the storm having shut the park down for the past 2 months, we are making it up to our residents by giving them priority from April 1st through May 31st. Starting June 1st, all others may then submit their requests for use of the pavilion.
The playground will be open and available for play on Wednesday, April 1st. The pavilion will be first come first serve until the weekend.
Granny White Park is a 32 acre park adjacent to Brentwood Middle and High Schools.
- The Rotary Pavilion is often used for company, organization and family picnics.
- The children’s playground is large and often busy, regardless of the season. There are two large jungle gyms that are geared towards different aged children. There are smaller shelters near by and plenty of swings, both for children and adults. There is a water fountain next to the playground.
- Restroom facilities can be found by the ball fields as well as close to the pavilion and playground.
