Anne Dunn has served on the Brentwood City Commission since 1990. In 1997, she was the first woman elected Mayor and was re-elected Mayor in 2003. Anne currently serves on the Brentwood Historic Commission. Previously, she has served on the Brentwood Planning Commission, the Brentwood International Board, and the County Urban Growth Committee.
Personal
Anne was born in Belfast, Ireland and raised in North Carolina. She received her bachelor’s degree in English from East Carolina University and is a former teacher and Allstate underwriter. Anne is married with two adult children. She enjoys reading, writing songs, and cheering on the Titans & Predators.
