Protect Local Waterways
Well-maintained SCMs filter pollutants before they reach rivers, streams, and other water bodies.
⚠️
Prevent Illicit Discharges
Proper upkeep reduces the risk of accidental or illegal discharges entering the storm drain system.
🌊
Reduce the Risk of Flooding
Functioning SCMs manage stormwater volume and flow, helping to prevent localized flooding events.
πŸ—οΈ
Ensure Long-Term Infrastructure Performance
Regular maintenance preserves water quality and supports the overall safety and functionality of Brentwood's stormwater system.
