🔧 Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) Inspection Requirements

Due to recent updates to the City of Brentwood stormwater ordinances, annual inspections are now required for all Stormwater Control Measures (SCMs) associated with grading permits issued after August 26, 2024.

Five-Year SCM Inspections
Required by TDEC
City staff are currently completing the first five-year inspection cycle for all SCMs citywide. Once complete, responsibility shifts to the SCM owner — HOA, POA, or individual property owner.
