Tennessee Department of Environmental Conservation Annual Report
What is the Annual Report
The City of Brentwood submits an annual report to the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) as part of our Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements. This report documents the City’s progress in meeting the goals and minimum control measures outlined in our Stormwater Management Program. It includes information on public education efforts, construction and post-construction site inspections, illicit discharge detection, and pollution prevention activities. Submitting the report ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, provides transparency, and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to protecting water quality and minimizing the impact of stormwater runoff on local waterways. Copies of past annual reports can be found below.
