Tennessee Department of Environmental Conservation Annual Report

πŸ“„ What is the Annual Report?

The City of Brentwood submits an annual report to the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) as part of our MS4 NPDES permit requirements. This report documents the City's progress in meeting the goals and minimum control measures outlined in our Stormwater Management Program — covering public education, construction and post-construction inspections, illicit discharge detection, and pollution prevention activities. Submitting the report ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to protecting local waterways.
